Bred by the University of Wisconsin in 1962, Superior potato is a white skinned, white fleshed potato that is a great all purpose variety. Bakes up fluffy, and mashed smooth, as well as being prized for frying up very nicely, for crisp chips and fries.
All of our fruits and vegetables are sustainably grown on our Tangletown Gardens Farm in Plato, MN.
