Shipping policy

Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct orders are available for local pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery for Farm Direct Store orders at this time.

Our Farm Direct Store offers products available directly from our farm, including vegetables, meats, eggs, and other seasonal items. Orders are individually packed, and meat items are delivered frozen.

Order Minimum

Farm Direct Store orders require a minimum purchase of $25.

Order Deadlines

The online store is open for orders anytime.

Orders placed by noon on Monday will be available for pickup on Tuesday.

Orders placed by noon on Wednesday will be available for pickup on Thursday.

Orders placed after the cutoff time may be moved to the next available pickup day.

Pickup Instructions

Please pick up your order during the selected pickup window. Because Farm Direct orders may include fresh, frozen, and perishable items, we are not able to guarantee product quality for orders picked up after the scheduled pickup window.

If you are unable to pick up your order during your selected window, please contact us as soon as possible.
