Welcome to Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct. Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services in order to provide you, the customer, with access to our Farm Direct Store.
Our Farm Direct Store offers products available directly from our farm, including seasonal vegetables, meats, eggs, and other farm products. Orders are packed individually and are available for local pickup only.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced on this website, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use our website or place an order through the Farm Direct Store.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Pickup Policy, and our Refunds & Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these terms or policies, you should not use or access our website or place an order.

Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct products are seasonal and subject to availability. We make every effort to accurately describe the products available in our online store, including product types, quantities, pickup availability, and other relevant details.
Because many of our products are fresh, frozen, seasonal, or farm-produced, availability may change without notice. Product appearance, size, color, weight, or packaging may vary based on seasonality, harvest conditions, growing conditions, and the nature of farm-direct products.
We reserve the right to change product descriptions, adjust availability, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time without notice.
Section 3 — Orders
When you place an order through the Farm Direct Store, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct reserves the right to accept, decline, cancel, or modify any order at our discretion.
Orders are not considered accepted until payment has been processed and the order has been confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because Farm Direct orders are packed specifically for each customer and may include fresh, frozen, or perishable products, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation or change requests after an order has been accepted, packed, or prepared for pickup.
Purchases are subject to our Refunds & Returns Policy.
Farm Direct Store purchases are intended for personal or household use and are not intended for commercial resale.
Section 4 — Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price listed at the time your order is placed and reflected in your order confirmation.
Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include applicable taxes or other charges.
At this time, we are only able to process gift cards purchased from our Farm Direct Store for payment. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information for all purchases made through the Farm Direct Store.
Section 5 — Pickup Only
Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct orders are available for local pickup only. We do not offer shipping or delivery for Farm Direct Store orders at this time.
Orders placed by noon on Monday will be available for pickup on Tuesday. Orders placed by noon on Wednesday will be available for pickup on Thursday. Orders placed after the cutoff time may be moved to the next available pickup day.

Tuesday or Thursday, 12–4pm
Because orders may include fresh, frozen, and perishable items, customers are responsible for picking up their orders during the selected pickup window. We are not responsible for loss of quality, spoilage, thawing, or other issues resulting from late or missed pickup.
Orders that are not picked up during the selected pickup window may not be eligible for refund, replacement, or credit.
Section 6 — Refunds, Returns, and Product Issues
Because Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct products are fresh, frozen, seasonal, and perishable, all Farm Direct Store sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on vegetables, meats, eggs, frozen items, or other perishable farm products once an order has been packed or picked up.
If something is missing, incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us as soon as possible after pickup. Please include your order number, the item in question, and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful when applicable.
Refunds, credits, or replacements may be offered at the discretion of Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct depending on the situation and product availability.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, product descriptions, photography, designs, layout, and other materials, is owned by Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct, its affiliates, or licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
