Refund policy

Because Tangletown Gardens Farm Direct products are fresh, frozen, seasonal, and perishable, all Farm Direct Store sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on vegetables, meats, eggs, frozen items, or other perishable farm products once an order has been packed or picked up.

Order Issues

We want you to be happy with your Farm Direct order. If something is missing, incorrect, damaged, or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us as soon as possible after pickup.

Please include your order number, the item in question, and a brief description of the issue. Photos are helpful when applicable.

Refunds, credits, or replacements may be offered at the discretion of Tangletown Gardens depending on the situation and product availability.

Missed Pickup

Farm Direct orders are packed specifically for each customer and may include perishable or frozen items. Orders that are not picked up during the selected pickup window are not eligible for a refund.

If you know you will be unable to pick up your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee that an order can be held, moved, refunded, or replaced.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us before the order cutoff for your selected pickup day.

Once an order has been packed or prepared for pickup, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation, refund, or changes.
