Delicata are beautiful thin-skinned winter squash with green stripes and yellow flesh. You can eat the skin of the Delicata squash, which makes them extra easy to prepare, no peeling needed! Roast them, stuff them and bake them, steam them, pan fry them or even make them in the microwave. A very versatile vegetable that can be added to almost any dish.
