Our 2024-2025 Winter CSA Share will consist of 4 monthly pick ups starting in December. The Winter Share pick ups will be December 9th, January 13th, February 10th, and March 10th
CSA members can pick up shares at Wise Acre in South Minneapolis from 1pm - 6pm or at Tangletown Garden Farm in Plato, MN from 12pm - 4pm. Unlike many winter CSAs, we grow fresh greens and herbs all year round in addition to storage veggies. You will also see pasture raised meats, and house-made goods from our kitchen at Wise Acre Eatery. Below is an example of what a Winter Share may consist of depending on availability:
- Whole pasture raised chicken (4-6lbs)
- Pasture Raised Ground Beef
- Chicken Breasts
- Heritage Breed Bacon
- Pasture Raised Sausages
- Pasture Raised Eggs
- Salad Mix
- Honey
- Carrots
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Micro Greens
- Watermelon Radish
- Cabbage
- Etc.
