London Broil refers to a cooking method rather than the cut of meat.  Marinade with oil and salt and other preferred seasonings for a minimum of 3 hours.  Slow cook to medium or medium rare.  Do not overcook.  Traditionally London Broil is thinly sliced.  This is a lean cut of meat with incredible flavor.
