Our 2023-2023 Winter CSA Share will consist of 4 monthly pick ups this winter season. The Winter Share pick ups will be December 13th, January 10, February 7, and March 7th.
CSA members can pick up shares at Wise Acre in South Minneapolis from 1pm - 6pm or at Tangletown Garden Farm in Plato, MN from 12pm - 4pm. Unlike many winter CSAs, we grow fresh greens and herbs all year round in addition to storage veggies. Below is an example of what a Winter Share may consist of depending on availability:
- Salad Mix
- Honey
- Carrots
- Onions
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- Squash
- Micro Greens
- Leeks
- Watermelon Radish
- Cabbage
- Wise Acre Provisions
- Etc.
